ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING – 3D printing
Thinking in new dimensions: Layer by layer to the perfect solution
Unlike traditional manufacturing processes such as milling or turning, where material is removed, additive manufacturing creates the component layer by layer – directly from the digital model. This means: maximum design freedom, complex geometries without additional effort and maximum efficiency in material use and production.
Whether functional prototypes, complex components or individual small series – with state-of-the-art 3D printing technology in plastic and metal, we open up completely new possibilities in product development and production.
Your benefits at a glance:
- Production directly from CAD data – without any tools
- High design freedom for complex structures & internal channels
- Material-efficient: unused powder can be reused
- Ideal for prototypes, one-offs and series production
With our many years of experience and cutting-edge systems, we support you from the idea to the finished product – quickly, precisely and without wastage.
Additive manufacturing in metal
High-performance metal components – straight from the printer
In additive metal manufacturing, we rely on the EOS M 290, one of the world’s leading systems for the Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) (also known as
selective laser sintering (SLS)) process. In this process, the metal powder is applied layer by layer and fused with pinpoint accuracy using a laser beam – based on your CAD data. The result: resilient, intricate and extremely complex metal components that would be almost impossible to produce using conventional methods.
Why metal 3D printing with us?
- Produces extremely complex structures with lightweight construction potential
- Ideal for functionally integrated components, cooling ducts, grid structures
- Damping effect through process parameterization
- Resource-saving and economical – even for small batches
- Perfect for industries such as aviation, mechanical engineering or medical technology
Do you have an idea or a specific project? We check feasibility, optimize the design for printing and deliver your component in the highest quality.
Additive manufacturing in plastic
Plastic parts with function and form – from the HP Multi Jet Fusion 4200
For additive plastic manufacturing, we use the HP Multi Jet Fusion 4200 – a high-performance system for precise, functional plastic components. It is particularly suitable for prototypes, small series and products where design plays an important role in addition to mechanical properties.
Your advantages with plastic printing:
- High level of detail and exact dimensional accuracy
- Combination of functionality, stability and lightness
- Aesthetically high-quality surfaces – also ideal for visible applications
- Short production times – ideal for development and time-to-market
Whether for the automotive industry, product and industrial design or technical applications – we reliably bring your ideas into shape.
